These terms of use of service (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions, a legal Agreement, between you (“you” or “User”) and LSM (“LSM” or “us”). This Agreement governs and regulates your use of our services and platform that basically facilitates communications between Users offered through our website at http://www.lsm.com.pk at it may be modified, relocated and/or redirected from time to time (the “Site”), and the mobile applications offered by us (the “App”). For further clearance, our services, platform, Site and App are collectively to be referred as the “LSM Pakistan”.
BY ACCESSING, USING OR REGISTERING WITH THE LSM PLATFORM OR ANY PORTIONS THEREOF, THE USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT CREATING A CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP, AND FURTHER CONSENTS TO ANY FUTURE AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AS WE MAY PUBLISH SPORADICALLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE LSM PLATFORM. LSM’S ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR APPROBATION TO THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.
LSM is a sole proprietor company with limited shares duly incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984 and has a registered office in Faisalabad along with other offices in different cities of Pakistan.
LSM is solely a developing company which designs, provides and maintains a mobile application, a platform that connects bridges between a seller (vendor) and buyer in jobs related to live stock (birds&animals).
LSM uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there will be occasions when the services will be interrupted or not available for maintenance, upgrades and emergency repairs or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment that are beyond the control of us. LSM will try its best to mitigate such disruption where it is within the reasonable control. You agree that LSM shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDED ‘AS-IS’ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
The LSM Platform, and the information, data, contents and materials, which contains (“LSM Materials”), are the properties of LSM and/or its affiliates and licensors. LSM and/or its affiliates and licensors are and shall continue to be the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights associated with the LSM Materials.
Any use, distribution, publication, extraction or reproduction of the LSM Materials without a prior written consent from LSM, other than as expressly permitted herein, is prohibited and in case of intellectual property rights infringement, LSM reserves the right to litigate against the infringer both domestically and internationally. The services marks, trademarks, copyrights, database, logos and trade names appearing on the LSM Platform and app are the properties of LSM. Other than this, any other trademarks, service marks, logos/trade names appearing on the LSM Platform are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy of use any of the marks, logos or trade names appearing on the LSM Platform without the express prior written consent from their owners.
From time to time LSM may provide link on its LSM Platform that will redirect to third party website. If you decide to access linked website you do so at your own risk. LSM do not claim any employment relationship with the third part and does not endorse or take responsibility for the content on other website or the availability of other website and you agree that LSM is not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer by using such third party website.
At all time Rules of Conduct shall apply to the Site. LSM highly recommends and encourages ones respect, privacy, dignity and goodwill. By using any of the Site, you agree that you will not distribute any submission that:

The LSM Platform provides a technological platform that enables the individual seeking to obtain services (“Buyer” and/or “Seller”) and/or individual seeking to sell (“live stock”) to communicate between them. For further clarity, both the Buyer and Seller together are referred to as (“Users”).
Those certain ads posted by the seller that are to be sold, are hereinafter referred to as (“Seller”). LSM ITSELF PROVIDES PAYMENT GARAUNTEE FOR BOTH BUYER AND SELLER, THOUGH THE LSM PLATFORM ONLY OFFERS INFORMATION AND A METHOD TO SELL PETS,
LSM practices a reasonable due diligence checks of USERS via third party. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to be alert and exercise caution, common sense and its own satisfactory due diligence to protect its personal safety and property, just as you would when communicating/interacting with stranger, any person whom you do not know.
BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES TO HOLD LSM FREE FROM THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY OR DAMAGE THAT MIGHT ARISE OUT OF THE BUYING ANS SELLING OF LIVE STOCK (birds & animals).
LSM DISCOURAGES VIOLENCE, DISTURBANCE, MISBEHAVIOUR, MISCONDUCT AND PRIVATE OR PUBLIC NUISANCE OF ANY SORT. LSM IS PAYMENT GARAUNTER BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER. LSM WILL HOLD PAYMENT UPTO BIRD OR ANIMAL DELIVERED. AS BUYER CONFIRMS, THE PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED TO SELLER. IF THERE IS ANY DISPUTE BUYER OR SELLER CAN OPEN A DISPUTE ON OUR PLATFORM. LSM WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. IF SELLER OR BUYER NOT AGREE BY THE JUDGEMENT OF LSM RESOLUTION CENTER THEN BUYER OR SELLER CAN GO FOR ARBITRATION. IF ARBITRATION JUDGEMENT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TOO THEN BUYER OR SELLER CAN PROCEED ACCORDING TO LAW BY JUDICIARY SYSTEM OF GOV. OF PAKISTAN.
Prior to utilizing the LSM Materials available on the LSM Platform, the User may require registration to access (“User Account”). During the sign up registration with LSM, you will be required to provide certain personal information including, but not limited to and may change time to time, full name, mobile number, complete address and age hereinafter referred to as “User Data”). You agree that such information will be true, accurate and complete and that you will amend and update this information promptly when it changes. In case you provide us untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete information, or you fail update your information when it becomes due or even otherwise, if we think that the information provided is somehow untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your right to access the LSM Material.
WE MAY REFUSE TO GRANT YOU, AND YOU MAY NOT USE A USERNAME, EMAIL ADDRESS OR SCREEN NAME THAT IS ALREADY BEING USED BY SOMEONE ELSE; CONSTRUED AS IMPERSONATING ANOTHER PERSON; BELONGS TO ANOTHER PERSON; VIOLATES THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER RIGHTS OF THE PERSON.
You warrant, represent and certify that by signing up for LSM Platform, you are of legal age i.e. of minimum eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (if outside Pakistan) to form a binding agreement and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan or other applicable jurisdictions.
The User is the sole authorized individual of User Account and responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username, password and account provided by you or us for accessing the LSM Platform. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur within your User Account, except at any time the User instructs LSM to access the User Account under certain circumstances. LSM has no control over the use of any User’s Account and expressly disclaims any liability derived therefrom. Should you suspect any unauthorized party using your User Account or suspect other breach of security, you must contact us immediately at http://www.lsm.com.pk
In any case, you may not assign or otherwise transfer your User Account to any other person or entity. You further warrant, represent and certify that you will comply with all applicable laws when using the Services, and you may only use the Services for lawful purposes.
By registering a User Account, you authorize LSM to use your mobile number, to the extent permitted by the applicable law for calls and for text messages (“SMS”), in order to assist with facilitating the buying and selling of your livestock(animals&birds). Standard call or SMS charges or other charges from your mobile carrier may apply to calls or SMS we send you.
Furthermore, you agree that the Services may send you SMS messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the LSM Platform.
By providing us your email, you assent for LSM Platform and its affiliates to send you emails about other services that we think might interest you (“Promotional Emails”). LSM may also send you confirmation and other transactional emails regarding the buying and selling. LSM from time to time will send you recommendations that fits your interests.
However, you can unsubscribe from Promotional Emails along with promotional SMS messages at any time by clicking unsubscribe in our email communications or texting ‘Stop’ in reply to the SMS we send you periodically.
The User is responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary to use the LSM Platform. The mobile carrier may apply network’s data and messaging rates and fees if you access or use the Services from a wireless-enabled device and you shall be responsible for such rates and fees. The User is solely responsible for acquiring and updating compatible cellular hardware or devices necessary to access and use the LSM Platform.
The buyer is allowed to make payments for the job completed by the seller through LSM's bank account and vice versa. Seller can buy feature ads for their ads by sending amount to LSM bank account and sending reciept to our whatsapp support by accessing it from his account option.
Regardless of LSM providing a platform for Users communication, we tend to safeguard your interest. Our Legal department arbitrates a valid claim made within a reasonable time and negotiates between the buyer/seller.
11.1 How To Submit Your Claim — The buyer needs to file a complaint within one hour after recieving the order if not as mentioned as on ad posted by the seller. The Customer will be provided a tab within the Platform through which the buyer will lodge its complaint and LSM would hire an independent consultant that will diagnose the issue and highlight its solution. If LSM is satisfied with its report. If the customer still is not satisfied with the services, it can submit a written complaint with supporting documents on the postal address where LSM is registered and the LSM shall review the documents and provide its feedback, provided that, if still there is a claim of loss or damages, the customer reserves the right to initiate Arbitration proceedings.
12.1 Term — This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without any hindrance until such time it is terminated by you or by us.
12.2 Termination by LSM — We may, in our discretion, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, terminate this Agreement or terminate or suspend or limit or block or deactivate or cancel your right to use the LSM Platform at any time for any or no reason, including without limitation, in such event that we have a reason to believe that you have breached this Agreement or any policy posted on the LSM Platform, or if we have otherwise find that you have engaged in inappropriate and/or offensive behavior as envisaged in clause 3 of this Agreement.
In such event of termination by us, we will provide you with a written and/or email notice to the up-to-date physical and/or email address provided by you and the termination will be effective immediately upon such notice.
Except in the event of termination or suspension of your right to use the LSM Platform due to any Prohibited Conduct, LSM will refund in full any payments for Professional Services that have not been performed or completed. However, if we terminate your right to use the LSM Platform for any reason, you will be prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or in the name of a third party, even if you may be acting intra vires on behalf of the third party.
Furthermore, post termination or suspension, LSM reserve its right to take appropriate legal action, civil and/or criminal and/or any injunctive redress. After termination, LSM may delete your account and all the information therein. You have no ownership rights, of any kind, to your account.
12.3 Termination by You — The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by completely and permanently ceasing to use the LSM Platform, conditioned that there are no outstanding if requested/ordered under your User Account.
IF THE USER TERMINATES OR SUSPENDS ITS USER ACCOUNT WHILE THERE WAS AN OUTSTANDING , THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT TERMINATE OR SUSPEND UNTIL SUCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES HAVE BEEN PERFORMED OR OTHERWISE CANCELLED AS PERMITTED BY LSM.
Given that either this Agreement is terminated, suspended, limited, blocked, deactivated, cancelled by LSM or terminated and/or suspended by the User, we shall not be liable to you or any third party. Moreover, LSM shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
The LSM Platform besides being a platform for means of communication, it may also contains blogs, message board, applications, opportunities to provide reviews/comments, job postings, chat areas, new groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities that allow User to communicate with other Users and with LSM (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Submission Areas”.
Some of areas within the Submission Areas will be available for public (registered or unregistered users) and LSM may time to time, in its discretion, publicly post submissions that you submit to a non-public area of the LSM Platform.
You hereby represent and warrant that anything you post will comply with the this Agreement, including by not limited to Sections 3, _, _ and will not create any liability, civil or criminal or tortious, or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our Internet Service Providers (ISPs), customers, or other partners or affiliates.
You also hereby grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-license right to use, hose, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute all of Your Information. For further clarity, “Your Information” is defined as any information and materials you provide to us or other Users in connection with your registration for and use of the LSM Platform, including but not limited to, information, images, videos, musical works and materials that are posted or transmitted for use in the Submission Area. The rights granted to us by you with regards to sub-licensing are for the limited purposes of operating, advertising, marketing, promoting and improving the LSM Platform.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND LSM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS POSTED IN SUCH PUBLIC AREAS.
By expressly acknowledging and agreeing with this Agreement, the Customer and LSM shall be bound by the then-current version of this Agreement, including any supplements or documents incorporated herein.
LSM will use all reasonable endeavors for the Professional to complete the Job on the agreed date and time as mentioned in the description of the Job by the Requestor/Customer but shall not be under any liability to the Requestor in the event of an occurrence outside the control of the Professional.
Non-performance of any of the terms of this Agreement and/or other agreements such as Terms of Use shall be excused to the extent and during the period that performance is rendered impossible and/or impracticable by a strike, fire, flood, earthquakes, governmental acts or orders or restrictions or any other reason where failure to perform is beyond the reasonable control and not caused by the negligence of the non-performing Professiona
Travel insurance is charged at 2.5% of the total value of the pet and covers eligible transportation-related incidents.
In the event of an accident during transportation that is determined to be the company's responsibility, LSM will compensate the customer up to 60% of the declared value of the pet, subject to the insurance terms and investigation.
The sender and receiver are solely responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and legal documentation for the transportation of wild or exotic animals.
LSM transports wild and exotic animals only based on the licenses and documents provided by the sender and receiver. If the required permits are missing, invalid, or expired, LSM accepts no responsibility for any legal action, seizure, delay, loss, or other consequences arising during transit.
Customers must ensure that all information, documents, and declarations provided to LSM are accurate and complete before shipment.
